Measure aperture width between points stated in Concept measuring guide video. Mark aperture dimensions onto bottom track and cut to measurements taken.
2.
Measure in 50 mm from each end of the bottom track and drill a hole big enough to allow your desired fixing screw to fit.
Measure equal spacing’s for additional holes along track.
(Track dimensions will dictate the amount of holes required)
3.
Push door locator into bottom track pushing down on tip of locator to allow easier positioning into bottom track channels. Two Door System – 1 Locator in rear channel, 1 Locator in front channel Three Door System – 2 Locators in rear channel, 1 Locator in front channel Four Door System – 2 Locators in rear channel, 2 Locators in front channel
Gently push the top of the 1st door into the top tracks rear channel - be careful not to scrape the handle against the top track. Once inserted into the top track go to the bottom of the door and push the sprung loaded wheels up into the bottom horizontal channel of the door and place onto the rear channel of the bottom track. Move door to confirm wheels are placed in to rear channel correctly.
10.
Carryout the same steps as you did with the first door in the previous stage except placing this door into the front channel of the top and bottom tracks.
11.
If the door is not sitting correctly in the door locators when closing they need adjusting to allow the doors wheels to locate correctly.
12.
Measure 75mm from the edge of the bottom track and position door locator centrally on the 75mm mark using door locator moving tool. Repeat the steps for the other door on the other side. Once happy with locator positions drill pilot holes at each side of locator and fix small screws provided in position to prevent any movement of locators.
13.
To level up the doors once everything is fixed and positioned correctly, lift brush strip on the side of the doors to expose 4mm Allen screw turn clockwise to lift the wheel up and anti-clockwise to adjust down these can be adjusted on both sides of the doors. Use these screws to line up the doors level with the aperture opening.
14.
When happy with everything move doors side to side to make sure everything is moving freely and check that doors land in locators correctly when closed.
